Data Analyst - Tableau - (Security Cleared)

A Data Analyst with strong Tableau Development Skills is required to join a leading Financial Services Organisation who are based in central London and must hold live SC Clearance.

The successful Data Analyst will be from a Data Analytical background with previous or current experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Data Engineer who will be working very closely with the Cyber Security Team to assist with collation and presentation of my clients Data to promote and ensure safer data-driven decision making.

Essential Criteria for the Data Analyst;

Security Check (SC) Clearance
Previous hands-on experience working with data (e.g. as a data analyst, data scientist, data engineer)
Ability to analyse data through analytical tools and languages (e.g. SQL, Tableau, R, Python).
Experience in working with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and produce great results.
Strong Data Analysis and visualisation experience
Creation of dashboards
Experience in SQL scripting
Knowledge of data design and modelling
Ability and willingness to immerse yourself in Cyber Security through training and working with others.
Self-sufficient and proactive attitude managing one's own workload.
Capability to identify previously unseen relationships within our datasets to create enhanced analysis opportunities.
Ability to think strategically, using judgement and providing sound justification for decisions.
Good presentations skills from Executive board to Software Developers.
Good problem solving including raising issues or potential solutions with managers and stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria

A good working knowledge of PowerShell.
Hands-on experience using Application Lifecycle Management and Version Control software.
Experience of working with data lakes either as a consumer or curator of data.
Experience of other data governance principles such data ownership, master data management, metadata management, reference data, data risk and data privacy.
Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
Due to COVID-19 the Data Analyst will be currently working remotely but my client may require you to work full time from their main London office near to Liverpool Street at short notice.
