*Key Responsibilities: *

* To guarantee that statistics, data science and data management services meet CLM requirements, for this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the management team of the company
* Organise, handle and assess the actions of company statistical human resource which involves recognising mentoring and professional evolvement requirements.
* To ensure the suitable use of statistical and data management procedures and comprehension, the ideal candidate will audit scientific application, data procedures, documents and final study papers.
* When needed, you will represent the company on teams, task forces and reviews.
* Carry out advanced level statistical assessments or database developments which may involve acting as lead statistician or data manager for various trials or studies.
* Author statistical aspects of study documents as well as appraise documents and manuscripts for precision of documenting and interpretation.
* The ideal candidate will evolve and execute a tactical plan for statistics and data science for the company that is in line with the organisations idea and aims.
* To guarantee the quality of deliverables on quality assurance (QA) of data outputs, you will collaborate with internal statisticians and programmers.
* For the company, act as a technical supervisor of statistical and data science programmes.
* You will recognise the requirement for assistance in the evolvement and assessment of procedures and their allocated Standing Operating Procedures to ensure research is to a high quality.
* Be on top of present research and statistical approaches associated to the role, as well as knowledge on broader data science and database improvements by personal improvement and mentoring and meetings.
* Any other assigned duties.
