We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 & Data Analyst to join our team. This role is remote/home working. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.

About the role:

The Dynamics 365 & Data Analyst role includes creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and integrity. This role collaborates with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements working in a dynamic, agile way.

Key responsibilities of our Dynamics 365 & Data Analyst:

- Responsible for reporting configuration, reporting design, functionality and end-user data quality support of the Dynamics 365 platform

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyse requirements and propose solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 functionality

- Support the Marketing, Admissions, Operations and Education teams in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes. Identify opportunities to leverage Dynamics 365 across the business for efficiency and productivity gains

- Collaborate with the teams above, Technology team and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes

- Identify functional capability required and define Dynamics 365 functionality into detailed user stories

- Develop and implement suitable metrics to monitor performance and producing performance management reports that will be presented to the relevant management board

- Specify new processes or best practise in Dynamics 365 reporting, Power BI and reporting based on team plans, business plans or the organisational strategy

What we are looking for in our Dynamics 365 & Data Analyst:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience working and administrating on the Dynamics 365 platform

- Experience of using Power BI to create bespoke reporting based on Dynamics 365 / Microsoft DataVerse

- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions

- Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction

- Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling

- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management

- Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change

- Certification and experience working in an Agile Framework (Scrum or Kanban) preferred
