We are hiring for a super unique opportunity with an offshore and engineering consultancy providing engineering, marine & advisory services internationally, as well as support to groundbreaking work worldwide.

The duties of the role include:

• Quantitative data analysis of project data
• Cooperate with Senior Administrator to initiate and guide action towards missing/incomplete project setups
• System superuser operational scope
• Co-operation with Senior Administrator & Group finance to develop, implement and follow-up of project best practices towards the shared service team
• Identifying areas where the company can improve related to how projects are set up
• Monitor and follow-up WIP aging and invoicing frequency
• Ad-hoc modelling and analysis
• Ad-hoc support to controller team
• Ad-hoc support to Finance manager

What you should bring:

• Bachelor or higher in Economics
• Project controller experience
• Some experience with accounting processes
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
• Office 365 (especially Excel), PowerBI
• Oracle Netsuite is an advantage
