Graduate Asset and Data Analyst

£24,000 per annum

Fixed term for 12 months with the possibility of a permanent role on completion of the programme

Full Time (35 hours per week)

Graduates! Our client wants to hear from you... They have a great opportunity to join NCHA, one of the largest locally based housing organisations in the East Midlands. Across the region they manage over 9,000 homes; house more than 15,000 tenants; provide over 1,500 bed spaces for people with support/care needs, in over 250 properties; and provide more than 500,000 hours of care and support each year.

They're looking for a graduate who can put their tech skills into practice in their Programme, Energy and Data Team. They will provide you with the personalised training and development to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to embark upon a career in the housing or information systems sectors. Property data is awash with metrics and you will quickly be able to actively contribute to the many information needs of the department and wider business and undertake work that will have a measurable impact on their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, loves getting to grips with interpreting, analysing data and presenting it in appropriate forms according to the audience, and to learn about the great work social housing delivers. You will also get involved with modelling the energy improvements they need to make to their stock to help the Government meet ambitious climate change targets.

They've got a robust graduate programme in place, offering full support and training on your way to becoming an Asset and Data Analyst. There's even an opportunity to gain a recognised qualification during the 12 month programme, and provided you meet all the training and performance requirements, you'll be perfectly placed to take up a permanent role in their organisation.

Quote from a current colleague: I really enjoy the job and it's great getting involved in so many areas of the department. The energy works, and modelling is really taking off now and it's so rewarding to know that this work is directly helping our customers to keep warm in their homes whilst at the same time helping the UK meet its climate change targets!

In return for your values, skills and experience, they have a fantastic benefits package to offer you:

Flexibility - This role is partially agile, meaning you may work some of your days from the comfort of your own home should you wish
