Our client's Conversion Optimisation (CRO) team are responsible for working with a variety of B2B and B2C clients to research, test and optimise their websites' performance, increasing revenue and profitability. Operating like a Start-up within a bigger business, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved across multiple disciples and client accounts. This is a great role for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn.

In this role, you will:

Analyse data to understand drop-off points and areas for website improvement
Set up surveys, polls and user tests to gather feedback from website visitors

Provide testing hypotheses based on observations
Write website copy for experiments and landing pages
Wireframe experiments concepts based on hypotheses
Create and update monthly reports for clients
Contribute to the CRO Consultants strategy as required
You'll have the opportunity to learn and use the following tools:

Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tag Manager
Hotjar, Typeform and Userlytics
Adobe Xd, Photoshop, InVision and Freehand
Google Optimize and Unbounce
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
About you:

Ideally, you will be degree educated in either Computer Science, UX or Web Design/Development. You'll have an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.

You might already be working in Digital Marketing or have some experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (although this isn't essential, as our client will provide training).
