A highly successful, rapidly growing fintech start-up based in West London is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and driven Graduate Marketing Data Analyst to join their team whilst the business is going through a significant period of high growth. This role offers flexible working and up to a 30% bonus!

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be working closely with the Sales team and will be responsible for owning email campaign builds; drafting, creating, and optimising reports; proposing copy; reporting on copy success, as well as carrying out analytical and data-driven research to improve processes.

To be considered, you must have:

A strong academic background (degree educated)

Good attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with SQL
