Job Purpose
This role will support the administration of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, and will manage the employee data for those colleagues who are furloughed.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the employee data file of colleagues who are on furlough including tracking dates of return, reasons for furlough etc
* Create weekly reports to Finance and HR for checking and sign off
* Identify letter and admin requirements for colleagues on furlough and instruct the HR Admin team to produce letters
* Feed instruction to payroll for pay adjustments to be made
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
* Must be competent in the use of Excel, in particular for data checking and validation using tools such as VLOOKUP's,
* Experience of maintaining a complex data set and dealing with multiple deadlines
Person:
* Good attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure data is correct and remains accurate at all times
* Good stakeholder manager skills to be able to work with different people within the organisations
