HR Data Analyst - HR Transformation

We are looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to work on a market leading European Workday Implementation for one of the UK's largest multi-media organisations. This is a fixed term contract until Mid November & is remote working.

You will be integral to their change and transformation HR strategy, which has UX at its heart. With a clear focus, next generation vision and some incredible in-flight digital evolution you will be a core member of this team.

This programme will ultimately change the way people contribute to the success of the business. The Workday technical and functional team will play a critical role in enabling the people experience transformation. You will join the programme in the early stages of the journey to design, build and implement a new unified digital employee experience across the business which will be underpinned by the very best technology including Workday & ServiceNow.

The Knowledge Management Analyst is central to the success of the programme and will be responsible for helping to drive the delivery of a future focused Knowledge Management strategy. You will support the Knowledge Manager in the planning and creation of Knowledge articles that will enable employees and managers to self-serve HR support once the Sky life transformation goes lives.

What you'll do:

Analyse and consolidate information from multiple data points to show themes and opportunities where knowledge articles can support the transformation
Analyse gaps in the content provision across workstreams and markets
Manage and maintain a content inventory, highlighting key articles for go live and what will be retired
Manage and maintain the tagging and design approach for knowledge bases and articles
Work with SME's and end users to ensure article content reflect end user needs, ensuring Sky tone of voice and market needs are catered for.
Actively identify gaps and feel comfortable proposing process improvements
Test with end users to ensure taxonomy/ tagging makes sense
Ensure Knowledge article roles and permissions are up to date and effective
Work closely with the Change and Adoption team to align the offering with the Digital Assistant provision
Work closely with the Knowledge Manager on the go-live governance structure and ongoing plan for production and review of contentWhat you'll bring:

Very good analytical skills
Previous knowledge of HR policies and processes
Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP, if function, pivot tables)
Microsoft Word knowledge
