HR Data Analyst

Description:

Search HR Temp Hub are working with a growing not for profit business who are keen to add a HR Data Analyst to the team until the end of March.

Pay: £16.52-£17ph
Remote Working
Immediate Start

The Role:

* Reviewing current HR metrics and reporting provision
* Introduce best practice/forward thinking methods for providing insightful HR metrics to senior stakeholders
o which includes triangulation of data, insights and recommendations.
* Help upskill the businesses current junior HR data analyst, and implement process/ways of working together as a team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* Proven HR data Analyst experience
* Experience of storytelling in HR metrics, triangulation of data and of using data to make informed recommendations
* Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements in data and metrics
* Experience of presenting data for a senior audience, including equality and other HR data
* Understanding of the wider HR agenda in order to provide relevant insights
* Self-starter, able to work independently without supervision
* Experience of using business objects is highly desirable.
