HR Data Analyst

As part of the HR Services team you'll help support and challenge HR to be insight focused, especially against these three strategic pillars. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your data skills whilst networking around the business.

The role will be reporting directly into the HRSS & Systems Manager and will be responsible for owning, develop and coordinate all core HR data aligned to the operation and management of the HR function and the delivery of the people plan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and maintaining the management data held within our systems across the Speedy Group. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships across the wider functions based at the Parks, the wider businesses.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR data & MI including detailed analysis

You will have strong proven experience of data visualisation - you will be able to crunch data and interpret it to tell a story. The successful candidate will be able to report back to senior executive level and will also have experience with working with sensitive data

It's essential that your technical skills include intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPS, COUNTIFS, Pivots, etc.) and Power Point. Previous experience using HRIS Systems (or similar databases) and aperture would be a plus, as long as you have a genuine interest in data and you're keen to learn, we can teach you the technical tricks.

What you'll need:

Knowledge of SQL
Understanding of data requirements and the data life cycle
Understanding of data profiling
Great attention to detail
Time management skills
A high level of general IT skills (such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience of delivering MI and reporting solutions
