Our client is currently looking for an HR Data Analyst to join their HR Data Team on an initial 3 month basis and will be remote working based. The HR Data Analyst must have experience of SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and you will be responsible for working on strategic data projects, ad hoc data exploration and insight activities.

The purpose of this role is to lead the HR data strategy based on SuccessFactors environment and toolset, collate and produce quality assuring data for reporting and analysis and to support business processes.

Key responsibilities for the HR Data Analyst

Co-Create the HR Data Services strategy and lead its implementation
Building and maintaining reports, data feeds between systems, and dashboard
Utilising data to produce trend analysis and performance reports which highlight performance risks and opportunities
Develop, enhance and maintain management reporting analyses and dashboards on HR statistics such headcount, absence, attrition, talent management, diversity, etc in accordance with requirements to show value through data
Review and monitor HR Data Quality in delivered Reports/Dashboards and be able to explain variances and trends to continually identify & deliver measures to improve systems and data integrity
Developing and presenting data as required and providing high level analysis
Support the Employee Central (Success Factors) implementation team, leading on the reporting side of this implementationKey Skills and behaviours for the HR Data Analyst
