HR Data Analyst

HR Data Analyst - contract - Leeds and home based working, flexible hours, full time We currently have an exciting 6-month fixed term contract job opportunity for a HR Data Analyst. The role will be based in Leeds with current homeworking and expected a hybrid working arrangement in the future with a mix of office and homeworking. You will be responsible for analysing key HR data in SAP to identify quality issues and work with data owners throughout the business to find resolutions and improve the integrity of data held. You will take ownership of the HR organisational structure, working with the wider business to ensure that it is kept aligned with operating models, support HR Business Partners through restructures and liaise with Finance to confirm that manpower costs are assigned to the correct budgets.Your Responsibilities will include

• Creating and maintaining HR master data elements across multiple systems
• Ensuring master data integrity in key HR systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
• Identifying areas for data quality improvements and working with data owners in resolving data quality problems appropriately.
• Working with other HR colleagues, business units and process experts to resolve data issues.
• Other HR data administration tasks as required by the team.

This is a good opportunity for anyone with experience of working with HR systems and people information, or a recent (HR) graduate with strong analytical skills to get exposure within a large, corporate HR department.
