Page Personnel are exclusively partnering with a global transport and rail business, based in Runcorn, who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join their growing team. You will be responsible for producing, analysing and evaluating reports, feeding back findings, and advising on business improvements.

Description

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for:

Liaising with the regional HR team to keen up to date within the employee relations climate and data trends
Producing and analysing monthly statistics and trends including absence, turnover, retention, and recruitment
Recruitment reporting, including job evaluations, appointments, probation reviews, salary increases, and performance and absence management
Analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this to make business improvements and recommendations.
Reporting to senior management
Salary benchmarking
Maintaining and updating employee records and organisation chartsProfile

The successful HR Data Analyst will have:

Proven track record of working within a busy HR team, with a primary focus on data analysis
CIPD L5 (or working towards)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Offer
