HR Data Analyst - SuccessFactors/HRIS

Fully Remote/Home Based
3 months - Outside IR35 - £350 - £380 per day

HR Data Analyst required to support the cleansing, validation and migration of employee data from Legacy HRIS/Payroll system to the current global SuccessFactors HRIS solution

The HR Data Analyst will delivery expertise in the following areas:

  • Managing the data migration process from local Legacy HRIS systems to the standardised global SuccessFactors system
  • Understanding reporting requirements and data structure of the SuccessFactors system and migrating all relevant data from the Legacy systems
  • Validating/cleansing data and transferring as Flat Files to be loaded onto SuccessFactors
  • Working towards the end-goal of full data integration with SuccessFactors

The ideal HR Data Analyst will offer the following skills and experience:

  • Experience managing and migrating data from Legacy HRIS systems onto SuccessFactors
  • Data analysis, Datamodelling, cleansing and migration with key HR data
  • Previous experience with SQL/Excel and transferring data via Flat Files eg CSV or other flat-file formats
  • Any experience working integration tools - SuccessFactors Integration Center or Middleware solutions such as Dell Boomi would also be an advantage
