HR Systems & Data Analyst Dynamics HR/ADP/Global Employee Benefits/Power BI/DSQL/R/VBA/Data Analysis

HR Systems & Data Analyst required on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to assist with the delivery and rollout of new HR systems and processes, including but not limited to Dynamics, ADP and global employee benefits system for a global insurance entity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HR Systems and Data Manager to deliver the roll-out of new HR systems across the organisation
  • Work with the Culture & People team to understand and transpose internal processes to the new system
  • Engage with external partners to ensure the system is configured in line with requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring systems act as a framework to support HR processes and wider business functions, ensuring team processes are system lead, ensuring systems are GDPR compliant, ensuring systems contain all data fields needed to produce reporting and integrations
  • Support with system training across the organisation, acting as a superuser
  • Develop and maintain a bank of self-service reports/integrations
  • Responsible for producing data quality reports and running these on a regular basis
  • Manage or support on team projects as required

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience of producing and running reports in tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, VBA, Excel
  • Proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics HR desirable
  • Proven experience of analysing data and presenting back
  • Proven experience of system configuration and system administration

£35,000 - 12-month contract with full benefits and bonus. Remote until C19 dissipates, then 1-2 days' months in office
