HR/ Workforce Data Analyst WFH - London based £250 Max 3 Months
Eden Brown is working in partnership with a local government organisation to recruit for a HR / Workforce Data Analyst based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR / Workforce Data Analyst to embark onto the organisation and join a successful team and be responsible for providing the workforce data to support comprehensive workforce resourcing plans.
Key responsibilities: * To develop a proactive approach to data analytics, presentation and monitoring, which is GDPR compliant. * To support Workforce Information related Freedom of Information request as capacity allows. * To be responsible for the production, development and delivery or reports that contain highly confidential information which will be used in decision making. * To provide expert advice and support on data availability, definitions and workforce systems and their work flow. * To keep end users up-to-date with report/ systems development and changes
Candidate requirements: - Local Government experience - iTrent data system experience - Strong project planning and organisational skills
