Berry Recruitment has registered a superb permanent opportunity that has just arisen to join our client based in the Thame area who are now looking to recruit an Insight and Data Analyst.

Role Available:

Insight and Data Analyst

Salary: £30k per annum DOE

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for the day to day data management and reporting for our key clients
  • Working closely with the wider account teams to support the day to day operation
  • Taking ownership of assigned workload and handling multiple work streams to meet agreed deadlines
    The ideal candidate will be task focused with a drive for quality and excellence
  • Develop reports, ensuring appropriate use of a range of data sources, visualisation techniques and tools to deliver accurate and insightful reporting to key stake holders
  • Responsible for the ongoing development, delivery and optimisation of data, reporting processes and outputs
  • Collaborate with the wider team in order to meet business demand of change requests and have a deep understanding of the data, brand and client objectives

Candidate Requirements

  • Task focused with a drive for quality and excellence
  • Proactive and innovative thinker and problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Have excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Possess a sound knowledge of Excel, Microsoft outlook and other MS programmes
  • Have a good experience of SQL - essential
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
  • Have a good knowledge of database and reporting systems - Sales-force is desirable
  • Have experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and able to bring reports to life
