Junior Data Analyst

Our client is one of the world\'s largest property data analytics and technology providers and due to a recent acquisition is now looking to build a brand-new data analytics team in the UK. We are seeking to recruit a Data Scientist to join this team in Solihull.

Following recent expansion and due to a growing client base we now need to strengthen our data engineering skillset within the Data Analytics team.

The newly appointed Data Scientist will be:

Working within a new data analytics team dedicated to machine learning
Making recommendations to improve product performance through data analytics as well as supporting the business in understanding data
Focusing on automation and optimisation
Responsible for data mining, data cleansing and reporting on a number of our client\'s projects to ensure the data is up-to-date and active.
Researching and implementing new data platforms and tools to enhance performance

You will work closely with internal teams (software development, testing, product etc) managing the ETL process as well as working closely with clients to provide them with insight and data they need to get the best out of their products. You will have the opportunity to grow and expand your technology skillset using a wide range of tech including, R, Python, SQL and data tools and platforms such as Tableau.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-3 year\'s expereince looking for their next career move as a Data Scientist working for a highly regarded company.

LOCATION: Solihull

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Desire to work with data analytics and machine learning
An interest in languages (this may be R, Python and SQL)
Desire to work with the latest database tools such as tableau
Experience with analysing data and reporting on this
1-3 years\' experience in a current data analytics role

Previous experience in an agile environment is favoured. Previous experience working with languages such as R, Python or SQL is preferred but not essential. However, a desire to work with these technologies is essential.
