The Role - Junior Data Analyst (SQL / Excel)

You will develop KPI reporting tools that enable the technical support team to be able to understand their effectiveness in repairing customer equipment. This information will be used not only to audit past performance but also to assist with the promotion of company performance to potential future customers. You will also:

Support company systems and technologies for all UK operations
Develop KPI reporting tools via advanced Excel techniques
Data mine a range of sources, including CMMS, produce reports and identify areas of improvement
Provide training, technical support and troubleshooting on CMMS
Your Background - Junior Data Analyst (SQL / Excel)

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

Knowledge of SQL and Excel
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
A qualification in computer science
Excellent communication skills
