A brilliant opportunity for a Junior Sustainability Data Analyst to join a large well-established, multi-disciplinary firm within the real estate sector in the lively city of London.

To be considered for this Junior Sustainability Data Analyst role you will have:

Experience with data, analytics, and reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to create complex formulae
Familiarity with GRESB reporting requirements (Desirable)
Ability to validate and analyse large data sets for production of reporting outputs
Experience of working in a utility bureau (Desirable)
Understanding of working with sustainability, energy, water, resource, and carbon data
Brilliant attention to detail and time management
Understanding of Sustainability reporting and benchmarking assessments
Exposure to software testing (Desirable)
Understanding of the software development life cycle (Desirable)Working as a Junior Sustainability Data Analyst you will:

Ensure data integrity by maintaining and cleansing all relevant software systems and reporting platforms
Analyse key data streams for all environmental, sustainability and benchmarking performance indicators
Discover new software functionality including the tracking and reporting of system issues
Support with delivering key client reports via their internal Sustainability data platform SavIQ
Deliver demos of and training sessions on SavIQ for internal and external stakeholders
Assist members of the sustainability team in the provision of data for key service lines such as GRESB, GHG and other reporting
Produce sustainability reporting outputs for internal and external clients on utility and resource reporting as well as wider property data covering health and wellbeing aspects, site projects, certifications, or initiativesOur client is offering a competitive starting salary, along with excellent benefits package including; generous holiday allowance, career progression, pension and many more.
