KPI & Data Analyst

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a KPI & Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should be based in the Midlands, as you will be required to visit our Coventry office. You will provide data analysis and contextual insight for the Rockingham Distribution centre and associated support functions, as well as providing the business with analytical capabilities to identify inefficiencies and design/recommend business solutions. In addition to this, you will assist with systems, procedures and a culture of continual improvement to actively optimize DC costs. The team you'll be joining is a team that is highly motivated, results driven but believes that you can have fun whilst achieving your goals. What you'll be doing as a KPI & Data Analyst:

Produce and distribute standard daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
Collect data from different sources developing programs and ad-hoc queries.
Check data integrity ensuring graphs and reports are accurate.
Respond to data analysis requests in a timely manner.
Lead or be an active team member of relevant operation projects ensuring on time delivery of against objectives and scope.
Interpret data and make timely recommendations.
Develop a Cost to Serve model.
Create End to End business KPIs.
Create a suite of standardised dashboards.
Develop a business forecasting tool/model.
Create sustainable relationships with co-workers.
Provide support for the account team.
Reconcile costs across both open book and/or closed book commercial contracts.What we're looking for in a KPI & Data Analyst:

Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Analytics and coding experience
Financial background
Experience in supply chain roles
A great attitude with a tenacity for achievement
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
