Lead Business Intelligence Data Analyst - Azure / Power BI / Python / PowerShell / Excel / DAX

Outstanding opportunity to join this large, global corporation as a Lead Business Intelligence Data Analyst, working with external customers as well as internal business functions to analyse, design, develop and deliver BI/Data Analytics solutions. We are looking for someone to provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft Data Analytics capabilities in Azure settings as well as mentoring and growing the BI team and being comfortable supporting pre-sales teams with presentations. To be considered for this role you'll require:

* 3+ years Microsoft data analytics & BI experience

* Extensive business and data analysis skills

* Good knowledge of Power Query, DAX and practical experience of Power BI Service

* Knowledge of cloud based BI technologies inc. Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, Databricks, Azure Synapse

* Design, development, data modelling, data cleansing and enrichment skills

* Hands on development background in Power BI, Python, Python Azure Library, Pandas, PowerShell

* Good knowledge and experience of utilising external data and RESTful API's

* Good level of Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot skills to facilitate interrogation and presentation of data.

* Experience of using Azure DevOps

* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation

* Comfortable in a client facing / pre sales setting

£45k-£50k + benefits. Surrey / London / remote
