Lead Data Analyst

twentyAI have partnered with one of Europe's largest, most established hospitality businesses who are seeking to expand their Data & AI function.

The role

You will join the Analytics & Insight team and will be working closely with data scientists to accurately track the customer journey - performing churn, lifetime value and retention analytics. This role is heavily focused on consumer analytics, however you would also be taking part in geospatial modelling projects within their new advanced analytics platform, as well as pricing analytics.

The role involves managing a data analyst and delivering insights to senior management across Finance, Marketing and Operation departments.

The ideal candidate

• Proficient in SQL and Python (or R)
• Experienced in performing consumer behavioural analytics - i.e. churn and LTV
• Hands-on with Power BI or other visualisation tool Strong communicator experienced in stakeholder management

Please note, the role is based in Croydon and will require working from the office 2-3 days per week.
