The Market in which they operate within (FMCG/Health/Wellness) has seen significant growth over the past year and is projected to soar in the coming 1/2 years. Role Purpose:

To work within the Marketing team tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales, utilising data from all areas to help ensure they spend their marketing budget efficiently and that they target their audience effectively through successful campaigns.

This full-time role will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
  • Advises other marketing functions as the knowledge owner for consumer and market data
  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
  • Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Recommend website and campaign optimisations
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects

Experience and/or desirable

  • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques
  • Worked as part of, or closely alongside a marketing team
  • Previous experience in research would be advantageous
  • Experience with industry-standard statistical software
