Role: MI & Data Analyst

Term: Fixed term contract until end March 2023

Location: London (Aldgate East) hybrid working - office 2 days oer week

Salary: £32,000 + benefits (salary rising after 6 months)

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday- Friday

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre MI & Data Analyst to join a London based client on a FTC until the end of March 2023. The role will be hybrid working (2 days per week in the office, 3 days at home).

To ensure that all reporting is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. To provide actionable insight to the organisation. To promote excellent customer service by ensuring that the information provided to people who contact the Customer Care Centre is up to date, relevant to their needs and delivered effectively. To coordinate all project work coming into the team.

Role of the Contact Centre MI & Data Analyst:

Produce all required reports, analysis, insight and forecasts based on customer care data for relevant teams the organisation
Deliver a range of projects within the Customer Care Centre, liaising with teams across the organisation where necessary
Identify and effectively communicate recommendations for service improvements and process efficiencies to improve customer experience
Line manage and develop the Customer Care Centre Information Officer
Overall responsibility for the management and ongoing maintenance of the Customer Care Centre information database and associated reference documentsPlease follow the link to apply for this MI & Data Analyst role
