The role

We have a fantastic new role for an Operational Data Analyst to join our Fulfilment and Remediation Department on a permanent basis. This role will be based at our Manchester office with some home working. Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.

This is a crucial role within the department and maintains the accuracy and integrity of customer data provided to Arrow Global and being responsible for internal data and multiple operational systems.

This position ensures key business processes pertaining to external data collection are completed to agreed schedules and quality standards and will liaise with external servicing Partners and internal customers.

Responsibilities within the role include:

Customer Account Placements with external servicing Partners

DCA (Debt Collection Agency) reporting managements such as the management of file transfers between DCA's and CRA's (Credit Rating Agency)

Quality Assurance

Reconciliation of financial information

Ad-hoc reporting/analytics

Production of monthly reports

Management of file exchanges with external servicing Partners and internal systems

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

Excellent people and communication skills

Customer Awareness - good understanding of customer needs and demonstrates a desire to resolve issues

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office products, primarily Excel and Outlook

Professional qualification / degree desirable

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience in the financial or IT sector would be advantageous

Experience in a programming language (i.e. SQL, Oracle, VB, .Net etc.) desirable
