Operations Manager, MI, Data Analyst, Government Client, Google Cloud Platform, Stakeholder, 12 months, Titchfield, upto ?27 per hour.

*Please note this role will fall inside IR35.*

As the Operations Manager (Management Information) you will be responsible for helping develop and improve the operational delivery of the new project for the client.

You will work as part of the Operational Management Services Team on Data Collection Transformation Programme. You will report to a Operations lead and will help to deliver and operate a Business intelligence solution to support Operational decision making.

Analyse data to identify issues or early warnings of areas at risk of creating operational issues.

Provide assurance to the MI presented in the governance forums and challenge areas of discrepancies/inconsistencies.

• Understanding constraints of using sensitive and confidential data
  
• A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure of deadlines

Desirable criteria: 

• Technical knowledge to aid development, design and presentation of data
  
• Experience working in a technically focused environment
  
• Experience managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
  
• Experience working with large teams and/or in a remote environment
  
• Strong working knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform
  
• Previous experience of understanding and analysing data in an operational environment would be beneficial
