Flexseal, located in Wombwell, Barnsley, is seeking a Production Data Analyst to join our Company, working 39 hours per week: 08.30 - 17.00 (Mon-Thurs) & 08.30 - 16.00 (Fri). The successful individual will work as part of our Business Information Systems team to analyse, manage and implement data-driven procedures.
Production Data Analyst Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of critical Product and Manufacturing data
* Reporting on key department KPIs
* Management and analysis of MRP system
* Adapt to manufacturing trends, developing solutions and managing these through to completion.
* Support Sales, Production and Procurement with clear communication and data analysis
* Support Manufacturing by generating works orders and tracking of works orders.
* Maintain and generate machine production plans.
* Working with production team leaders to review labour shortages
* Support internal departments via effective communication and proactive reporting
The Ideal Production Data Analyst:
* Experience with MRP maintenance and usage
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
* Experience with building, interpreting, and using analytical reports
* Comprehensive IT skills working with Excel and Microsoft packages
* Ability to take the initiative and create proactive improvements
* Attention to detail and capable of recording accurate information
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
* Quality conscious with a 'right first-time' mentality
* ERP experience would be beneficial, specifically experience of using Sage X3
