What is the role?

The purpose of this role is to carry out thorough reviews of company systems in order to identify risk to profitability. Systems are to be monitored using a suite of specifically-designed tools and reports and any issues to be raised through the relevant escalation process for resolution.

You will also be responsible for producing regular and timely reports to demonstrate the return on investment, highlight any patterns to raise business awareness and reduce profit loss.

This team also support our central and field teams with driving the required improvements and actions on the back of any data mining-identified issues.


* Carry out data mining using agreed reports and tools

* Communicate individual findings immediately via correct channels as per agreed processes

* Complete all required documents in order to track time invested in each are of data mining and the results demonstrated, in order to quantify the ROI of the role

* Report back on findings, patterns and results within agreed timescales to relevant stakeholders

* Engage with Key stakeholders to support improvement where issues are identified and provide guidance to adapt processes to avoid risk of profit loss

* Adhoc administrative duties and data analytics to support central or field teams as required by the team

What will I be expected to achieve?

1. Perform data mining tasks thoroughly and with vigour to demonstrate required improvements in relevant KPIs

2. Operate efficiently according to GANTT chart, ensuring data mining tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Build effective working relationships with Practice Managers, Area Managers and support centre teams.

Anything else I should know?

This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract.

Training would require 1 month working face to face (socially distanced) at our Support Centre in Kearsley, following this the teams are remote working until restrictions are lifted. Following this, this role will be based predominantly at the office.

Hours: 30 hours p/week

Salary: £22k pro rata (£27.5k FT equivalent)
