The Company:

Joshua Robert is currently working with a leading property consultancy with offices throughout the country. Due to significant growth within the company and portfolio, they are recruiting for a Property Data Analyst for the London office.
The role will be to help continue delivering the highest levels of satisfaction amongst tenants and clients alike.

The Role:

Maintain data quality and accurate records across the property management database.
Managing the end to end data change control process.
Interpreting lease and legal documents to update systems.
Owning and pulling together management reports from a wide range of sources
Producing ad hoc analysis of lease and property data
Variance analysis
Exception reporting and regular data audits
Working collaboratively with the facilities managers, building managers, client accountants, purchase ledger and treasury team
Be organised/have a methodical approach to their work
To attend team meetings.
Be presentable and client facing
Possess an ability and desire to exceed client's expectations
About you:

Good knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables, charts, formulas and functions (vlookups, IF statements etc)
Knowledge of Property Management Systems (TRAMPS preferable)
You must be analytical, inquisitive, keen, numerate and accurate
An interest in properties and property management.
The ability to gain trust and respect from colleagues.
Able to prioritise and organise workload
Display integrity at all times
Desire to learn new systems & methods or working
Some knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Power BI would be a bonus

A salary ranging from £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
