As a property data analyst, you'll be providing IT support and technical knowledge to the wider business. Always ensuring data is used as effectively as possible to drive and monitor performance. Also playing a key role in supporting the effective delivery of the stock condition survey and data collection programme.

As part of the role, you'll help maintain data integrity across the home investment and asset compliance function. You'll implement new modules within data systems, as well as lead testing work for new interfaces and updates. Day to day you will work closely with the wider team to manage projects and the implementation of data systems across the business.

Data plays a big role in helping us do what we do in an ever-more sophisticated manner. This role will help keep the business on track, making the difference in our ability to deliver our essential services and support to customers.

This role is available as a fixed term contract until February 2023 and subject to a basic DBS check. You can be based at any of our main offices in Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB), Tewkesbury (GL20 8ND) or Lichfield (WS13 6WA) with regular home working available.

You will be someone who:

Relevant IT qualification in respect of system and data management.
Specific in-depth knowledge of data management systems, with knowledge and awareness of the measures needed to ensure a robust approach to asset planning and asset compliance
Experience of delivering an asset-based business support service
Experience of working with and implementing integrated application and data systems
Extensive knowledge of system management and reporting.
Prince 2 Practitioner - Desirable
Knowledge of Active H housing management system - DesirableThe closing date is Monday 23 May with interviews taking place Monday 6 June 2022
