As a responsible bank, we're committed to managing our risks. We're looking for a Model Risk Control Analyst on a full time basis to complement our existing team. The Model Risk Control Team sit within Enterprise Wide Risk Management and provide oversight and control of model risk across the bank .

What you'll be doing

Identifying opportunities to automate and improve the efficiency of current processes via SAS, Access, VBA, Business Objects (or similar programs) and Sharepoint including the development of tactical tools to challenge current systems.
Support the migration, administration and embedding of the Bank's strategic Model Risk management tool.
Creating and distributing of Model Risk Reporting and other management level reporting with a view to maintain and improve model risk appetite.
Supporting the evolution of model risk reporting, reviewing trends and providing commentary for BAU and ad-hoc reports for audiences up to and including Board.
Assisting in the administration of the Model Risk Management Forum for the Risk Department as well as looking to identify process improvements and efficiencies.What we're looking for

Analytical and MI reporting experience using SAS, Business Objects, Excel, VBA or other similar programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to develop good stakeholder relationships.It will also be nice for you to have

Experience in management forum or committee administration.
Degree level education in a numerical subject or equivalent experience.
Good organisational and project management skills. What else you need to know
