Quantitative Associate Director - Leeds or London

About the Role

They are looking for an experienced Quantitative Associate Director to join their growing team in either London or Leeds. The role would suit an experienced quantitative researcher who has worked within the Retail and FMCG sector both in tracking and ad-hoc projects. Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading all stages of a variety of quantitative projects - from set-up to delivery of actionable results;
• Involvement in analysing and interpreting data, with a particular emphasis on analytical techniques such as key drivers analysis, MaxDiff, segmentations and (ideally) conjoint;
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships;
• Ensuring the smooth running of a number of anchor accounts and winning new business.

About You

For this role you will need:

• A strong research agency back, ideally with some experience of working on quantitative Retail and/or FMCG research projects;
• A proven track record of leading large accounts and consistently growing client relationships;
• Experience of providing clients with consultative insight and direction;
• Excellent presentation skills, credibility in front of clients and ability to present clear information quickly and succintly;
• A confident, enthusiastic approach, with a flexible "can do" attitude;
• An interest in business, marketing and consumer behaviour
