Job description
They are seeking a talented developer to work as part of a team on the development of cutting-edge applications and services supporting cross-asset trading and risk management. The successful Quantitative Developer will have a passion for software development and the desire to constantly improve both their skills and the solutions they work on.
This Quantitative Developer opportunity will provide the right individual the ability to learn from some of the top people in the finance industry. The senior team includes individuals with years of experience in top-tier financial service firms including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.

The ideal Quantitative Developer will have minimum of 3-5 years professional software development experience. In addition they should have experience developing tools for the trading, risk management or middle office functions in a financial firm, either directly or for a vendor.

Responsibilities:

Design, development, implementation, and testing of new features in comprehensive software products
Support for end users to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Working with Sales and Product Management in the ongoing development of our products
Working with our clients to understand their needs
Skills and Requirements:

BS and/or MS/PhD in Computer Science (or other STEM major with relevant experience)
Strong software analysis, design and development skills
Min 3 years professional experience in C#, Python, C++ or Java
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience in finance and capital markets.
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and under direction
Excellent interpersonal skills
