Reward Data Analyst- 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Reward Data Analyst in the Global People team you can expect to get involved in a broad range of reward activities. You will deliver comprehensive data analysis to support effective decision-making and the practical delivery of global reward processes and projects. You will use your strong understanding of data analysis, research and your project experience to support the design and delivery of key reward metrics and modelling, and other varied tasks within processes and projects.

You will work closely with People Team colleagues and the business globally to respond appropriately to requests in a timely manner. You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have the ability and confidence to check and challenge assumptions.

The Role

The role will involve supporting the delivery of the global reward processes including the annual pay review, payment of the Global Profit Share, salary budget planning, Director salary review, the annual remuneration report and the global gender pay parity review. Specifically:

* Support with defining data requirements and delivering data validation.

* Input to the design and delivery of effective templates, data interfaces, reporting and analytics.

* Identify and manage resolutions to issues both data and process related.

* Collaborate with external partners to develop systems and source market intelligence and benchmarking.

* Identify opportunities to improve processes, communications and end-user experience.

You will be require to participate as required in projects, or workstreams within larger projects, such as the implementation of a new global people system. Supporting the Head of Global Reward and the Global Reward team with ad-hoc operational reward activity as required.

To achieve in this role you will haveā€¦

* Experience in reviewing and improving data and broader processes.

* Proven experience in data analysis reporting and development of data dashboards / metrics and presentations and how to translate analytics into value-added decisions and actions.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel essential, and experience in Tableau or MS PowerBI an advantage.

* Experience of working with People data and/or Reward data would be a strong advantage.

* Awareness of the need for confidentiality in your dealings. Experience within an HR environment would be preferable, but not essential.

* Detail driven with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.

* Flexible and have the ability to multi-task. Capability to work individually without supervision and manage own time, and also effectively as part of a broader team and network of professionals.

* Excellent Word/Powerpoint skills.

Qualifications

* Educated to degree level in either a business, finance, mathematics, economics, IT or statistical based subject (or related subject areas).
