Home based role. Immediate requirement for a UK Supply Chain / Data Analyst with strong SAP skills. 6 month assignment.

Our client is part of a global group who supply environment improvement products to the domestic and industrial markets. They have 15 sites in the UK and Europe, employ over 500 staff with a turnover of £150M+.

The role will focus on ensuring that the Supply Chain for the UK business operates effectively.

A key part of the role is generating reports from SAP B1, running MRP, arrears reporting and rectification, inventory reporting and management and overseeing that orders generated by the Supply chain team are aligned to the required demand.

Responsibilities:

Generate arrears and inventory reports to manage both key metrics
Manage the arrears/backorder rectification process
Manage inventory as required to achieve monthly targets
Generate production orders from MRP
Responsible for the ordering and stocking parameters in SAP
Interrogate SAP to produce and analyse data to improve the workings of Supply Chain
Manages the Supply Chain Co-ordinators who interpret demand and place orders on suppliers

Runs MRP for the Spanish satellite (also in SAP B1) to generate inter-company and supplier orders to serve the Spanish warehouse
Runs MRP for the US satellite (also in SAP B1) to generate inter-company orders to serve the US warehouse
Collaborate across the Benelux and Spain business with Forecasting, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise business opportunities and EBITDA
Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain systems and operations
Work with NPI to ensure effective commercialisation and launch of New Products
Key Metrics are:

Customer Service improvements (reduced arrears, improved OTIF, Inventory levels)

Candidate Requirements:

Adept at using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or other Supply Chain Systems
Adept at running reports from ERP systems
Good Supply Chain management experience
Good communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with other business functions

Self-motivated, and determined
Results oriented
Numerate
