Senior Data Analyst - FundComm, Joining an International Charity based in Central London. Offering Hybrid Working.

As the Senior Data Analyst - FundComm, working with the Business Intelligence and Insights Manager, and part of growing specialised FundComm Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering supporter analysis and strategic KPIs, alongside an ongoing Data Strategy. The team will take insight to the next level by creating advanced dashboards, reporting and financial modelling tools for a FundComm department - piloting strategic projects while using data and insights to drive decision-making.

• Use a Supporter Engagement Funnel Framework which defines the steps a supporter takes
• Analysis efforts of the FundComm Insights team, providing data reports and dashboards.
• Support the Business Intelligence and Insights Manager in making recommendations for technical and data improvements and helping to support the new data strategy.
• Establish FundComm KPIS based on the performance, pipeline, activity, status, and response of supporters.
• Monitor data trends and maintain quality checks, produce regular reports and dashboards alongside the BI and Insights Manager for Senior Leadership team.
• Support in creating a compliant dataset process for PowerBI and FundComm users.
• Support in creating systems that track data from the CRM to investigate current data mapping and architecture.

You will have experience of data analysis and reporting within a Fundraising, Digital Marketing or Communications remit and from external data sources, whilst categorising and linking datasets. Experience of working with different data analysis tools such as SQL, GoogleAnalytics, and FastStats. Platform user of PowerBI, FastStats, SQL, Care CRM, GoogleAnalytics, PowerQuery and Data warehouses.
