What you will be doing:

• Interrogating the internal and external data to provide in-depth insight into the economy and business operations
• You will the at the core of the strategic initiatives to efficiencies and increase revenue streams
• Interrogating the internal and external data to uncover hidden insights and drive value
• Analysing market data and build country market strategy
• Designing and build controlled live trials to test business hypotheses
• Analysing and communicate results of controlled trials
• Analysing the internal data to understand drivers of customer churn, lead conversion and client lifetime value
• Designing and building predictive models and other machine learning solutions to increase client conversion rates, forecast revenue and fill rates
• Liaising with business stakeholders to clearly identify what challenges they are facing
• Ensuring work is always aligned to the regional and global data and business strategy
• Liaising with in-country IT and Business Intelligence and Business professional to ensure all logical loopholes are closed

What you will need:

• Statistics/ Math's Masters or PhD
• Advanced mathematics and statistics (linear algebra, probability theory, causal inference, advanced calculus)
• SQL, Python, PySpark, PowerBI experience
• Hypothesis testing
• Stakeholder management in some capacity
• Excellent logical and analytical reasoning
• Strong business acumen
• Strategic thinking
• Adaptability and accuracy
• Clarity of thought and communication
