Senior Data Analyst

*A Life Sciences Firm Based in Surrey Are Looking for a Data Analyst*

A Life Sciences firm, based in Surrey, are currently on the lookout for a Data Analyst for a 6 Month Contract

Upon joining, the Senior Data Analyst will work alongside the Apple project team and Business HR to ensure quality of core HR Data and Payroll data is kept to an exceptionally high standard. As well as this the Data Analyst will be responsibility of ensuring effective communication of the proposed change request is made to the HR SAP Superuser in preparation to update documentation, user guides or policy.

Other Responsibilities include;

Analyse, identify and work towards resolving Integration and data issues in HR systems starting with SuccessFactors Employee Central and then moving into the multiple target systems in use such as SAP HR, Ariba, Concur, LMS etc.
Act as the focal point of contact for data related queries held within SAP HR and SuccessFactors Systems. Monitor SAP HR master data integrity across EMEA Region. Deliver audit reports showing gaps in data quality. Proactively identify and recommend improvements that positively influence data quality.
Actively contribute to periodic data cleansing exercises across EMEA Region for SAP HR and SuccessFactors Systems; where anomalies are identified, work with IS to resolve (and SAP key users as appropriate).
Act as a conduit between IS and HR key users / contacts to resolve queries and issues.
Support the Business requests for any mass data loads into SAP HR or from SAP HR to SuccessFactors to aid Recruitment, Compensation cycles, EMEA Organisation Charts; identify errors preventing employees from accessing the global performance system.

Successful Candidates will have the following experience;

Ability to interpret and influence strategic direction in relation to HR data and external market data.
Experience of analysis of Integration and data issues and data capture, reporting and cleansing.
Experience of data manipulation with advanced MS office knowledge in particular MS Excel knowledge.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR suite.
Experience of work with project teams across multiple EMEA locations and overcoming language barriers
Project experience with working knowledge of SDLC lifecycle
Functional and technical aptitude for using and manipulating HR systems
Strong stakeholder skills with good attention to detail
Excellent work prioritization and time management skills to manage a number of tasks concurrently with ability to prioritise.

Previous expertise for end-to-end process including working with HR, IS, Finance, Procurement functions & third parties.
Ability to drive; clean driving licence.
Appreciation of relevant Compliance and Regulatory legislation, application and forthcoming changes

This role would suit a mid to senior level Data Analyst with a keen interest in Successfactors and HRIS systems
