Senior Data Analyst | Norwich | £40,000 - £45,000 | Remote

We are delighted to be working with Naked Wines, a passionate, technology-led ECommerce business, which has enjoyed 70% growth year-on-year, employs c150 people and was recently voted Sunday Times - Top 100 small companies to work for.
They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst to join their talented team.
Their talented analytics team works cross-functionally to provide analysis and insights that help them make better decisions as an organisation. Your job will be to help analyse their detailed data on customer behaviour and help them to understand how to improve customer value, which in turn will help them provide the best service to their customers. This role will have a broad remit and service all areas of the business including: marketing, operations, customer service and supply chain.

This role is mostly remote but would require working on site in Norwich couple of times a month.

Role:

Partner with their leadership team and provide decision support aligned to their strategic roadmap and key value items
Independently surface actionable insights to help inform where they go next
Work with their product teams to design, execute, and interpret randomised split tests or natural experiments when appropriate
Partner with their business intelligence, data science, and data engineering teams to create tools which automate and scale decision making
Assessing the impact of different marketing approaches on customer value Requirements:

Have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Have 3+ years experience as a data analyst
Are fluent in SQL
Can communicate complex ideas to colleagues in other areas of the business
Are a team player, enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in to a fast-paced environment
Understand applied probability and statistics
Great problem solving skills
Be naturally curious and eager to learn
Be ready to take the initiative and sell your ideas
Be passionate about helping to make a difference to everyday wine drinkers Salary and Benefits:

Salary in the range £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
