About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Senior Data Analyst.

The Site Estates team works closely with internal operations with key interfaces externally into the customer and regulatory bodies.

With FMSP now live, commissioned as site "landlords" the team are commissioned with providing a safe, clean, productive and well-maintained physical environment for the site community by planning and delivering professional services that are sustainable and supportive of operational excellence, now and in the future.

Our vision is to be the leading facilities management team that is widely recognised for the creation and maintenance of exceptional and innovative operational environments.

Working closely with relevant Heads of Estates team, lessons from the delivery of current operational outputs and future business objectives will inform the development of future FM strategies and require a series of operational deliverables with supporting improvement programs.

The main purpose of your role will be to have overall accountability for developing, and supporting the Estates operational key reports, KPI delivery, and driving the supporting CI program.

This role is critical to the performance of the Estates team, looking at how they report better internally, working with IT to automate the systems. You'll write reports - our customer wants 300 reports every month.

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to be a Senior Data Analyst with line management experience - you will be managing a team of 3 Analysts.

Would also like you to hold experience in the following:
* Maximo (Estates tool)
* SAP (advantageous) - any ERP tool
* SQL Crystal Reporting
* MI/Databases
* Setting up KPI'S and dashboards

Lastly, you'll need experience within a large complex data environment.

What else do I need to know?
* The successful candidate will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.

The primary place of work is Devonport, however travel to alternative sites may be required at times.
