About the Role:

We are now looking for a result driven Senior Data Analysist who, with the help of the current Data Analyst will support the continuous growth of the organisation and bring the data management within the Company to a new level.

The Senior Data Analysist is a newly established role which will support the Company across all its departments to review and improve performance as well as help shape the growth strategy.

The key aim of the Senior Data Analysist role is to utilise and improve the massive amounts of data available to the company, interrogate and investigate to identify new and missed opportunities reporting directly to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide ongoing reports to help shape the Organisational strategy

2. Daily interrogation & evaluation of data

3. Manage, train and support more junior data analysts

4. Provide training to staff members across the entire Company to improve data collection.

5. Lead migration of data between systems

6. Creating data centric Presentations

7. Reporting on new and missed opportunities to senior management

8. Taking responsibility over management of different Systems such as phones etc.


1. Two years' experience in Data management

2. Very high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

3. A passion for numbers and Data

4. An ability to present data both in writing and face to face in a clear and confidant way

This role is based in our Head Office in Finchley Central, and is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
