Senior Data Analyst

Our Client Success team has an exciting opening for a Data Analyst. We are looking for someone to help our clients get the most value from the data they generate from our products. The goal is to help them improve their business and make the buying of insurance cheaper and fairer for end customers. Someone with a good sense of what is important for businesses who either has experience in the insurance industry or is excited to learn about it would be ideal as we design and build a suite of data analytics tools to support this goal. This is a great opportunity to work directly with our clients helping them with insights into their real world business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the PO to understand the reporting needs of both internal and external clients
• Information gathering for new and existing clients
• Build reports and dashboards for existing and new clients
• Reporting on data governance and data quality
• Support for existing external clients
• Field ad-hoc report requests and data enquiries from internal and external clients
  

• Educated to Degree level with proven experience in similar role
• Business Intelligence experience
• Reporting experience using tools such as YellowFin, Tableau, Business Objects, Quicksight or other relevant data analytics tools
• Robust communication skills both written and verbal, including interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical experience
• Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders across the business
  

• Experience using JIRA
• Python scripting experience
• Strong SQL experience
• Insurance industry experience
