cer Financial are working alongside a mid - tier bank who are looking for a Static Data Control Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

The purpose of the Data Control Analyst role is to complete inputting of Static data, play a key role in contributing to the delivery of team objectives and ensure work is completed within the deadlines, proactively make suggestions based on analysis and evidence and explore ways to improve efficiency and sustainability within the remit of their role.

The Responsibilities of a Static Data Control Analyst include:

* Being responsible for the timely and accurate input of account registration, SSI's, and associated tasks

* Managing relationships with counterparts and internal stakeholders to promote quality of service, ensuring the timely escalation and resolution of issues and queries

* Producing analysis as required to gauge level of errors and highlight areas that can be proactively improved upon, via 3 "E" s and using the Kaizen concept

* Completing updates and review of desktop procedures relating to day-to-day processes for manager, passing to manager for approval

* Completing UAT as part of new system upgrades and development. Escalate any issues identified and follow through to remediation.

* Ensure bank policy and best practices are rigorously followed and adopted as part of the overall framework.

The Successful Static Data Control Analyst will have:

* The ability to process detailed information quickly, effectively, and consistently

* The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and stringent control

* Strong communication skills, with ability to deal effectively at all levels

* Previous experience working in a deadline driven role

* Strong working knowledge of Excel, capable of analysing data

* Self-motivation, be energetic, flexible, and collaborative

* Experience of 'User Acceptance Testing' (UAT)

* Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest methods to implement change to existing process

* A levels (preferred)
