What type of person are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can act as a site expert in Core Quality Tools with an emphasis on statistical techniques and encourage people to use them as a preventative quality tool.

You have either a degree in an engineering discipline or the equivalent experience working in a Quality Team within an engineering manufacturing business.
You are tenacious and assertive when required, and have the confidence to build great working relationships.
You enjoy solving problems and are passionate about bringing other people on the journey to use statistical techniques as a preventative quality tool.
You enjoy making improvements to measurement systems using measurement systems analysis.
You are interested in becoming a product technical expert.
You understand the requirement to ensure compliance with customer and supplier standards, including audits as required.Our product is unique and takes time to master. We're looking for someone who gets excited about being a product technical expert, enjoys making improvements to measurement capability and through use of statistical techniques.
