Stock Data Analyst

Description:

Due to growth, our client has a requirement for Stock Data Analyst to be based in Shrewsbury, working for a leading supplier of cleaning products. This is a permanent role working Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm plus annual bonus.

Reporting to the Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock accuracy across the business, compiling analytical reports to maximise COTIF, maintain and developing databases and reports, forecasting stock levels, and ensuring the MRP/SAP system is updated accordingly. You will also be managing inventory levels, managing supplier performance, and raising purchase orders.

It is important for this individual to have the confidence to develop and improve current operational procedures and processes, ensuring an efficient and effective approach to tasks. You will be able to communicate confidently to all stakeholders within the business as well as suppliers and external customers.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have used an ERP with advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). You will come from a stock /analyst management or data analyst role with an understanding of stock value, OTIF, non movement and COTIF.
