Supplier Data Analyst

Are you an Analyst with experience working within a source to pay or procurement function? Are you used to working with large volumes of data and extracting relevant information? Do you have strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills? If so, please read on as this role could be perfect for you.

As Supplier Analyst, you will join a Staffordshire based multi-discipline business that truly values its employees and prides itself on its ethics and integrity. You will be involved in an exciting Source to Pay project and will have responsibility for cleansing supplier data ready for the implementation of the project. You will remove suppliers that no longer have PSL status, set up new suppliers and also onboard new suppliers. This will include due diligence around background checks, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions and setting up supplier payment terms. You will identify and collate contracts and extract metadata. You will report on progress against KPI targets, highlight any risk or opportunities that result from the rationalisation and onboarding process.

In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

Strong data cleansing/data analysis skills
Experience of source to pay processes
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to influence people of all levels
Experience of managing change
Strong communication and IT skills
