Job Purpose:

Now is an exciting time to join our Procurement and Supply Chain & Inventory function, as ISS embarks on multiple transformational change projects to help shape our end-to-end supply chain offering into a market leading proposition. As well as an analytical background, communication skills and the ability to build relationships is key in this role as you will be working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to deliver a great service and collaborate on process improvement.

Develop, improve and administer various reports / data queries using tools like MS Excel, PowerBI
Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports in timely manner; capture of KPI data, liaise with management team to ensure that all data is accurate.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS
Querying data to solve some of the company's greatest supply issues.
Understanding supply chain and the requirements and issues around this.
Deep analysis of customer-focused data and customer experience to provide further insight.
Communicating findings with senior stakeholders and the rest of the business.
Using data to drive decision making,YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

As a Data Analyst you will be required to have the following experience:

Experience deriving insight from data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with customer-focused data and providing insight from this.
Ecommerce experience is also an added bonus
Must have an analytical mind and ability to resolve issues and problems
Data management experience - strong logical thinker
Experience in building databases would be a strong advantage
