Anglian Water have an exciting new opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join the team. The role will assist the Supply Chain Operational Manager in the management of supply chain data in order to support decision making within the AWS Integrated Supply Chain Network.

As this is a brand new position you will have the opportunity to shape your own role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing the Logistic data within the AWS Logistic Network.

  • Creating supply chain reports for the benefit of AWS business units in order to support decision making.

  • Measure the logistic performance and KPIs of AWS logistic services and its partners.

  • Measure the supplier performance and KPIs of AWS supply chain services and its partners.

  • Create and manage a supply chain information database to be used to support decision making.

  • Assist in facilitating a framework for continuous improvement within the supply chain network.

  • Assist the Supply Chain Assurance Manager in creating comprehensive reporting of audit results to Hd ISC and key stakeholders as per the policy documents.

  • Represent the supply chain network during incident management procedures when required.

  • Support to the AWS Logistic improvement and SAP Programmes.

  • Support the implementation of the SAP programme into AWS Integrated Supply Chain when required.

  • Develop the processes, policy and working practices required to implement the various components of the SAP programme.

  • Support the logistic improvement programme manager when required to do so.

  • Assist the Logistic Planners in creating and maintaining an accurate stock forecasting plan.

What does it take to be a Supply Chain Data Analyst?

  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations and Logistics.

  • Experience in collecting, managing and analysing data.

  • IT Trained

  • SAP Trained (training can be provided)

  • Team Player.

  • Methodical, Conscientious and Organised.

  • Be able to use own initiative.

  • Good Communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • Flexible, self-motivated & ability to remain calm under pressure
